Rendezvous Pointe is inviting applications for the position of Executive Director. Located in Pinedale, WY, our nonprofit senior center focuses on keeping community members healthy, active, and self-reliant, allowing them to live in their homes as long as possible.
The Executive Director duties include but are not limited to the following:
- Oversee all operations, including staff management and financial oversight.
- Collaborate with the Board of Trustees to develop and implement strategic plans.
- Engage with local elected officials and collaborate with the Wyoming Department of Health Aging Division.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
- Lead grant writing and fundraising efforts for financial sustainability.
- Foster a culture of communication, recognition, and collaboration.
- Actively engage with seniors to understand their needs and improve services.
Applicants Qualifications:
- Passion for senior well-being with strong communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred, but not required.
- Previous senior leadership experience with strong interpersonal and coordination skills.
- Proven ability to develop and execute strategic plans.
- Experience in grant writing, budget management, and financial strategies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Starting salary of $60,000 - $65,000 based on experience, with benefits including Wyoming State Retirement, health care reimbursement, vacation, and sick leave.
