This weekend the Classic 4-H Masters Livestock Club and Pinedale FFA will host the 2005 Rocky Mountain West Premium Pig & Lamb Sale at the Sublette County Fairgrounds in Big Piney.

This event will be attended by swine and sheep consigners from Wyoming, Colorado, Utah, Nebraska, Idaho, Indiana and Indiana. There are 140 head of swine and 50 head of sheep registered for the event. Showmen and buyers will be attending the event which, according to organizer Matt David, is one of the best sales in the country. "We have the top big names in the country in show producers coming here," said David.

The sale starts at 2 pm on Saturday. A preview show will start at 9 am with $3000 to be paid in breeder incentives. There will be a $1000 prize each for Grand Pig and Grand Lamb.
