The Wind River Archers held a 3-D Archery Shoot at a course at Half Moon Lake Resort on Saturday and Sunday, June 18-19th. This was very much a family event, with young children following along and many also shooting in the self-guided course through the forest and open sagebrush hills.

Various three-dimensional, life-sized targets were placed in challenging locations through the course. Archers could shoot from various marked distances. Targets included a turkey, elk, deer, bighorn sheep, black bear, mountain goats, wild boars and even an alligator next to a pond.
