The Pinedale office of the Bureau of Land Management reminds anyone providing guided fishing and boating services using boat ramps on BLM lands that they need to be sure they are permitted by the BLM. Officials will be stepping up measures to curtail unauthorized use on lakes and streams within the Pinedale BLM management area, including segments of the Green River.

BLM lands are often the access point for entry onto area rivers. Visitors hiring guide services for area lakes and rivers are encouraged to get a list of licensed guides from the Pinedale BLM office to make sure their guide is properly permitted.
