Wyoming Governor Dave Freudenthal has been in Iraq this past week visiting U.S. troops and meeting with international leaders. On Wednesday, the Governor shared dinner with Wyoming troops at their division headquarters in Baghdad. Here, the Governor is with U.S. Army Capt. Brent Frimml from Worland, Wyoming, and U.S. Army Capt. Michael Sullivan of Laramie, Wyoming. After leaving Iraq, Freudenthal traveled to Pakistan on Thursday where he visited areas damaged by last year’s earthquake. While in the region, the governors from Wyoming, Arkansas, Wisconsin and Texas visited U.S. Marine Corps medical units that have been providing aid and spoke with American troops.
