The Town of Pinedale Planning and Zoning Board will hold their regular meeting on Tuesday, January 16th, beginning at 5:30 pm at the Pinedale Town Hall. At the end of their regular business session, they will move into a workshop session that will discuss two big projects proposed for Pinedale.

One proposal is for a 90-room, 3-story motel in the Triangle addition in Pinedale. Thish is the parcel of land just south of Faler’s General Store, where the Sublette County Visitor Center currently is located. It includes the property in-between US Highway 191 and the Fremont Lake Road to the base of the hill, where the Zzzz Inn is/was. The proposal is by Design Resources/Rocky Towle.

The second proposal is for a 230-acre development on the west end of Pinedale, east of Ehman Lane. The proposal by Stewart Land Group is for a mixed-use development that includes commercial space, apartments, town-homes, a mobile home park, storage units and single family lots.

Public input is invited for both these workshop topics.
