Fremont Lake Fremont Lake on January 3, 2007.

Fremont Lake is semi-frozen. We still need some stretches of our normal -20 degree January weather to put a good solid layer of ice on it to make it safe for ice fishing. The weather report is forecasting another storm Wednesday and Thursday which is expected to bring from 7-11 inches to the Pinedale and Bondurant area and up to 16 inches in the nearby mountains! Great news for skiers and snowmobilers! This photo was taken Wednesday afternoon, January 3.
