(Pinedale) - Archery enthusiasts met on Wednesday night and formed a new Archery League in Pinedale. The group will meet on Wednesday nights, beginning on January 10th, at the indoor archery range upstairs in the Sublette County Ice Arena.
They will be shooting a combination of 3-D targets and Paper Animal targets. Shooting will start at 6:30 pm, and will run for 10 weeks. Shooting time will last around two hours each session. There will be Handicap Scoring to allow archers of different skill levels to compete against each other. They plan to have a couple of Father/Son teams. Families are encouraged to participate. “There are still openings to get signed up,” said organizer Joe Zuback, a member of the Wind River Archers Archery Club in Pinedale. Anyone who is interested should plan to show up next Wednesday night.
