Failure to supervise or discipline members of his court staff February 1, 2007 The Wyoming Commission on Judicial Conduct and Ethics recommended that Judge John V. Crow, Circuit Judge (now retired), Sublette County, Ninth Judicial District, Pinedale, Wyoming, be publicly censured for his conduct for failing or refusing to appropriately supervise or discipline members of his court staff, including most notably his wife, Jacqueline Ingersoll. Judge Crow was assessed Disciplinary Counsel’s costs and fees in the amount of $11,937.17. He retired as Circuit Court Judge in December, 2006. His wife resigned as Clerk of Court in February, 2006.
