There was a small earthquake in the Jackson Hole area early Sunday morning. The tremor lasted approximately five seconds, and some people didn’t even notice it. According to the U.S. Geologic Survey Earthquake Center, the quake was magnitude 3.0 and occurred at 7:35 am. Its epicenter was approximately 12 miles east of Jackson at a depth of about 3.1 miles.
