Counterfeit $10 and $50 bills being passed in Pinedale area

The Sublette County Sheriff’s Office reports they have received complaints from local business owners that someone has been passing counterfeit $10.00 bills at different locations throughout the Pinedale area.
As of Wednesday, June 11, the counterfeit $50.00 bills had only two different serial numbers. One $50.00 counterfeit bill bears the serial number (AL12746448B) and the other one has the serial number (ED2625514A).
The $10.00 bill bears the serial number of (GJ20203689A).
The Sublette County Sheriff’s Office is advising everyone to be aware of these counterfeit bills. If anyone has information concerning these or any other counterfeit bills, to contact the Sheriff’s Office at once at 307-367-4378.
