Three feet of snow

Bob Barrett took this photo of Laurel Barrett and Tanya Smith skiing in Miller Park Thursday at a little over 10,000 feet just three miles in from the Elkhart trailhead in the Wind River Mountains. “There's a solid 3-foot base left plus the 4 or 5 inches of new snow that fell in the last storm,” he said.
