Piney Creek Plaza will host an Open House in Big Piney on Friday, August 22 from 5:00 to 8:00 PM. The new complex is a blend of retail space on the ground floor and living space apartments above. The units are intended to help be an answer to the problem of living space for employers. The units were built by Gambling Mountain LLC, a company owned by James Rogers and Matt Harber. The units will be for sale starting at $260,000 to the upper $300,000 range. Renell Forman, with Pinedale Properties, is the real esate agent contact for the project. The new complex is located at 231 N. Front Street. There will be hamburgers, hotdogs and refreshments at the Open House.
