21 Laptop computers stolen from Pinedale High School
17-year old admits to thefts

Sublette County Sheriff’s Office issued the following media release:
Thursday, March 12, 2009: On Monday, March 9th, 2009, at approx. 9:14 A.M., the Sublette County sheriff’s Office received a report from the Pinedale High School that a burglary had been committed. Upon arrival of Sublette County Detective Shane Templar, it was discovered that 21 laptop computers had been stolen from two different classrooms. An investigation was initiated and a person of interest was developed. The 17-year-old juvenile was questioned and admitted the thefts. All 21 laptop computers and their power cords were recovered undamaged. The case has been submitted to the County Attorney’s Office for charges.
