Memorial Day Observance Plainview Cemetery

American Legion Post #78 and Boy Scouts of America Troup #22 led the Memorial Day Ceremony at Plainview Cemetery near Big Piney.

The observance was also a dedication of the new Veterans Memorial at the cemetery. The main address was given by Bruce W. Reed. Also speaking were American Legion Post #78 Commander Spencer G. Nichols, Dru Bott from Bott Monument, Sublette County Commissioner John Linn, and high school student Anna Shafer.

There was a free BBQ after the ceremony, sponsored by the Big Piney Cemetery District.
