‘Roadless rule’ invalid, federal judge rules
Blocks ban on timber sales and road construction in 'roadless area' lands managed by the U.S. Forest Service

Forbes.com posted an article today saying, on Monday, a U.S. District Judge denied a request by the federal government to reconsider his order from last August declaring the federal government "roadless rule" invalid nationwide. The ruling ordered a permanent injunction against the roadless rule, in response to a lawsuit by the State of Wyoming.
