Sports Physicals will be available in Pinedale on Wednesday, July 29th, and Wednesday, August 5th, from 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM in the Wrangler Gym. Cost is $30. Payment is expected at time of service. Cash or check accepted. Insurance will not be billed. Physical forms may be picked up at the Pinedale Medical Clinic. Please have physical form filled out prior to exam.
