March 16, 2010
The Upper Green River Basin Local Sage Grouse Working Group will hold their next meeting at 10:00 AM on Monday, March 22, at the new Sublette County Weed & Pest building four miles south of Pinedale on Wyoming Highway 191.
The group is one of seven local working groups that were formed across the state. The group comprises nine local citizens representing groups interested in sage grouse conservation. The role of the group is to develop and set in motion local conservation plans to benefit sage grouse and, whenever feasible, other species that use sagebrush habitats.
The public is invited to attend the meeting and a public participation period will be scheduled.
The G&F supports the Americans with Disabilities Act. Anyone needing auxiliary aids to attend this meeting should call (800) 423-4113. Every effort will be made for reasonable accommodations.
