The Sublette County Democratic Party announced today that it will hold its 2010 County Convention on Saturday, March 20th at the Sublette County Library in Pinedale. The convention will start at 9:00am.
While all members of the public are welcome to attend, only Democrats registered to vote as of 15 days prior to the convention date may vote on convention business or run for a state delegate position.
The convention will adopt a county platform for 2010 and elect delegates to represent Sublette County at the Wyoming Democratic State Convention in Casper on May 14 and 15.
At the state convention, delegates will adopt a state platform, amend the state party bylaws, and hear from state, regional, and national Democratic leaders. More information about the state convention is available by calling Wyoming Democratic Party Headquarters at 800-SAY-DEMS (800-729-3367).
There will also be a breakfast potluck.
Donations to the Sublette County Democratic Party will be accepted at this time.
