Missing hiker’s body found
Bodie Moody had been missing since July 17th in Boulder Lake area

The Sublette County Sheriff’s Office issued a press release on Wednesday, July 21st, stating that the body of missing hiker Bodie Moody was found on Tuesday, July 20th after an exhaustive search in the Boulder Lake area. Below is the text of the media release. ___________________________________
Sublette County Sheriff’s Office Press Release July 21, 2010
At approximately 2:30 p.m. on July 20th 2010, after an exhaustive search, Tip Top Search and Rescue personnel discovered the body of 28 year old Bodie Moody while flying low over the search area at Boulder Lake. Bodie was found lying in a remote, wooded area just north of Boulder Lake in Sublette County. Moody was reported missing on July 17, 2010 after he failed to return from a hiking trip on the Boulder Lake trail. Tip Top Search and Rescue began searching around 8:00 a.m. on July 17th and have been searching since that time.
Deputies from the Sublette County Sheriff’s Office were flown into the area to aide in the recovery of Mr. Moody. An autopsy is planned for sometime Thursday July 22, 2010. Deputies reported that there appeared to be no signs of foul play. Further information into the cause of Bodie Moody’s death will be determined after the autopsy.
