Scott Almdale was heading out to Big Piney when he got caught in a cattle drive that was just starting between Daniel and Big Piney on US 189. "It was exciting to capture this symbolic moment. Cattle drives are historic and famous in Sublette County. Witnessing this event is something to behold because cattle drives with herding cowboys on horses are rare in other parts of our nation. The wide, open country with the dramatic sky was also captured with photos during this cattle drive event."
