Raising Readers programs Sept. 28 & 30

Raising Readers encourages parents to read to their young children by providing beautiful new books as part of their well child health care visits. They distribute books the clinics and public health in Pinedale and Marbleton/Big Piney. EnCana has just granted them $6,050 for the purchase of books for Fremont and Sublette Counties. Raising Readers will be presented at the Pinedale Library on September 28th and Marbleton/Big Piney Library on September 30th.
September 28 – Pinedale Library 10:00 a.m. – regular story time. There will be information about Raising Readers, brain research and the importance of reading to young children, a presentation by Chris House of EnCana about their continued support of the program and a guest reader.
