Local photographer Scott Almdale recently toured the Upper Green River Valley to take pictures of the winter scenery with his new camera. "The Sublette County landscape can become magical in every way when we get deep snow. It came and early this year. The buttes, mesas, and small rolling hills are completely snow-covered with tops of sage brush barely showing...even in some of the lower valleys where they get the least amount of snow."
