Devan LaMere has been notified that she was Wyoming's American Quarter Horse Association Youth Rookie of the Year for 2010, sponsored by Justin Boots. "She receives bragging rights, a personalized belt buckle, and a pair of Justin boots for winning this award. Devan traveled lots of miles and participated in AQHA shows in Wyoming, Utah and Idaho to earn enough points for this honor," said her mother, Laurie. "One of the shows that she attended was in Lewiston, ID over Thanksgiving weekend, traveling 20 hours through a blizzard both directions."
