The Sublette County Sheriff’s Office issued the following media release (4/14/2011:

"On Wednesday, April 13 at approximately 8:55 a.m. the SCSO received a call regarding a single vehicle crash on Fremont Lake Road. Deputies and EMS immediately responded to the scene. The driver, identified as 19-year old Derek Foust and a juvenile passenger were transported to the Pinedale Medical Clinic. Both patients were then life flighted to Idaho Regional Medical Center (IRMAC) for further treatment. The passenger has since been released and Mr. Foust remains in hospital for observation, his full recovery and release is expected in the coming days."
