Canning Workshop in Pinedale Aug. 4

Interested in Preserving Your Own Food? The Sublette County Extension Office will be offering a Canning Workshop on Thursday August 4th in Pinedale.
Topics that will be discussed include:
- Water Bath & Pressure Canning
- Altitude Adjustments
- Safety Recommendations
- Pressure Gauge Testing
The workshop will be held in the Sublette County Library kitchen, 155 S. Tyler Ave. in Pinedale, from 5pm-7:30pm. Cost is $10/session. This is a hands-on workshop, food and equipment will be provided. Come ready to work. Sign up is required to accommodate for supplies and space is limited.
