by Mike Kaul, Two Rivers Emporium August 15, 2011 Many of our streams are projecting more moderate flows and the clarity is improving daily. We are about four weeks behind our normal optimal streams conditions. The good news in this late start is that we will have some great water conditions throughout August which will continue through September and October. We are looking forward to some excellent fall fly fishing. The Green and New Fork Rivers are starting to turn on and some good size fish have been taken on both these streams in the past few days. The smaller streams coming out of the Wyoming Range are still a week or two away from offering good fly fishing opportunities. If you are planning a fly fishing trip out our way, mid-August to mid-September would be a perfect time to visit our area.
