Still trying for the Million pipeline
Developer wants to divert water from Green River to Colorado front range

The Wyoming Business Report posted an article about Colorado developer, Aaron Million, continuing efforts to get a pipeline through to siphon water out of the Green River and Flaming Gorge Reservoir to divert more than 500 miles to Pueblo, Colorado. Million asked the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission for a rehearing on Friday, March 23rd.
