Sign up for Tina Welling's Journal Writing Toolbox to be held at the Big Piney Library, 106 Fish St, Saturday June 2nd, from 10 am – 4:30 pm. Gain a deepened understanding of yourself and your relationships and realize your possibilities through journal writing in this free workshop. Bring a journal or paper and a pen. Tina Welling is the author of Cowboys Never Cry and Crybaby Ranch, among other titles. She is on the faculty of the Jackson Hole Writers Conference. She also facilitates the Writers in the Park writing workshops held during the summer months in Grand Teton National Park. Her work has won the Doubleday Award, plus two national awards and writer’s residencies.

"Journals offer more than a place to document events. The act of writing itself opens pathways between the body and the mind, between the unconscious and awareness," said Welling. "What we bring into the light we can work with. What remains in the dark works us."
