Fundraising BBQ for Hannah Hunter June 16
June 8, 2012
Hannah Hunter, from Big Piney, has been accepted to receive a service dog from 4 Paws for Ability, a non-profit service dog training facility in Ohio. Hannah's dog will be trained to assist her as a Seizure/Multipurpose Assistance Dog. Specifically, her dog will be trained to help her with behavior disruption, tethering, tracking, balance, safety, independence, and most importantly, seizure alert and assistance.
The goal is to fundraise $13,000 for her dog to get the training started. Encana would like to help Hanna reach this goal and is hosting a BBQ at the Sublette County Fairgrounds Commercial Building on Saturday, June 16, starting at 3:00 pm. There will be a cash bar. All donations for that day will be matched 100%. Anyone who cannot attend and would like to donate, can contact Heather Keiter, Production Tech, Encana Oil & Gas (USA) Inc. at 307-537-6048 (office) or 307-749-7445 (cell).
