At the regular meeting of the Pinedale Anticline Working Group (PAWG) on Thursday, October 25th, members voted to disband the PAWG, discontinue the meetings, and allow the charter to expire on August 3, 2014. They also included a formal request that a subcommittee be formed by the Wyoming Resource Advisory Council (RAC) to be available for local consultation.

The PAWG was created by the Bureau of Land Management (BLM) in 2004 to provide public input and recommendations on oil and natural gas field development activities in the Pinedale Anticline.
