Community input via survey

The Sublette County Prevention Coalition is hoping Sublette County residents will participate in a linked survey. This survey is being given to help gauge community attitudes toward substance abuse and suicide awareness.
County residents are being asked to complete an easy, online survey. The link to take the survey is https://www.surveymonkey.com/s/SubletteSurvey.
The information will be combined and added to a comprehensive prevention needs assessment currently being completed for Sublette County. That assessment will act as a blueprint for prevention efforts in the county going forward.
By building strong coalitions within the community, members will have their voices heard, as it pertains to alcohol, tobacco, substance abuse and suicide prevention. It’s part of a statewide effort to build community wellness through grassroots support of prevention efforts.
