Snow returns

A winter storm brought from 4 to 9 inches of new snow overnight to the Upper Green River Basin. Residents woke to find themselves needing to shovel in order to get themselves out for morning travels. Travelers should check road condition reports for current conditions. South Pass is open, but blustery, slippery road conditions, and limited visibility at times. Interstate 80 is open, but reports speed reductions. A Winter Weather Advisory is in effect until 5:00PM today (Friday, Jan. 11th).
