Water bill, turn on your bleeders, get news flashes, board opening opportunities, Town Hall closed over Thanksgiving holiday

Before too many days we will be digging into turkey dinner and then just around the bend is (well you know). With all the fun and festivities it is easy to forget some other important dates. So, if you got caught up in all of it and forgot to pay your water bill, we’d sure appreciate it if you could stop by Town Hall or call on the phone with a credit card and get it taken care of. Sadly, if you did not pay by October 31st, you have incurred a $25.00 late fee.
Since we are talking about water, remember to start running a bleeder line to prevent frozen pipes if you have not already done it. If you have other water winterization questions, there is a list of service providers on www.townofpinedale.us or give us a call at 307-367-4136.
Since we’re talking about the town website, we want to remind any of you who haven’t yet done so to create an account and sign up for the newsflashes. Important messages are posted, and if you choose texted to you so you can stay safe and informed. In the near future, we will be doing a newsletter so, if you sign up for that, you can get informative facts and stories about what we are working on and more.
So, please visit www.townofpinedale.us and get signed up for the things you want to hear from us about.
We do still have a few vacancies on boards that we hope you or someone you know might be interested in. Park and Tree has two spots open, Planning and Zoning has a vacancy, and Travel and Tourism has a seat available. If you are interested, please call or stop by and see Pat, Hayley, or Maureen at the Town Hall. We’d be happy to visit with you about these opportunities.
We want to wish everyone a wonderful Thanksgiving and remind you that our office and services (other than emergency) will be closed Thursday and Friday so that we too can spend time with our families. We hope you will join us in counting our blessings to live in such a wonderful community with such great people in our lives.
