Fun at White Pine Ski Area

White Pine Ski Area will be open over the Martin Luther King Jr. holiday weekend, January 16-18. They have great snow and are running several specials for the long weekend.
Season Pass holders can enjoy free tubing on Sunday and Monday, January 17th and 18th. Simply show your White Pine season pass to the folks in ticketing on Sunday or MLK Monday and receive two free tubing rides. The only restrictions are that children need to be at least 3'6" tall and they have a rule of one person-one tube.
They are also offering a special for skiers on Martin Luther King Jr. Day, Monday, January 18th. Get two lift tickets for the price of one. The holiday promotion applies to both Great and Little Spirit as well as Sally's tubing hill tickets.
On Saturday, January 16th, they have specials up at the bar. During the afternoon enjoy free samples of a new beer from Sheridan Brewery, Black Tooth. Available for tasting will be their Saddlebronc Brown, Bomber Mountain Amber, Hot Streak IPA and Cowboy Joe Porter. Local rep Frank will be on hand to pour drinks.
Lastly, White Pine Resort is planning on starting up their Ladies group on Thursday. Be ready to ride at 10am for a couple of hours. If you would like to lesson, call White Pine ahead of time to reserve. Thursday Ladies group will be an opportunity to ski and meet new friends in the community.
