The Sublette County Conservation District is hosting a public meeting: ‘Greater Sage-Grouse Listing Decision - Where do we go from here with conservation?’ on Wednesday, February 3 at the Sublette County Library, Pinedale Wyoming from 6:00 PM – 8:00 PM. This meeting is being held to discuss Candidate Conservation Agreements with Assurances (CCAA) for private lands and Candidate Conservation Agreements (CCA) for public lands. What do these agreements mean now with the sage-grouse "not warranted for listing" decision and where can they take us from here? The public meeting will discuss: - What the "not warranted for listing" decision means - How Candidate Conservation Agreements with Assurances (CCAAs) and Candidate Conservation Agreements (CCAs) helped get us there - Where CCAAs and CCAs can take us
