The Town will be transitioning to monthly water and sewer billing in July. Carl Brown, of Getting Great Rates, has been contracted by the Town to conduct a water and sewer rate study. Mr. Brown will be presenting his proposed water meter and sewer rates report to the Town on Monday June 27th, 5:00 pm, in the Sublette County Library Lovatt Room prior to the Town Council meeting, which will be at 7:00 pm. We will post his report on the website when it is available and will keep the Town informed of when we will be transitioning to the new water meter and sewer rates. For the time being, the bills will still be based on the same flat rate you have always paid, just divided by 3. The actual amount of water used will be shown for planning purposes only at this time.

Planning and Zoning Commission will be meeting on Tuesday July 5th at the Sublette Country Library at 6 PM. The Agenda will include discuss of the Subdivision Preliminary Plat Review of the Bloomfield Addition, Block 3, which is zoned C-1 and is 5.64 acres.

The Town Staff also wants to remind you that the planning for our annual 4th of July Town Picnic is well underway. We welcome you and your friends to join in the fun. If you want to get involved, just let us know.

Patterson award recognizing a Pinedale area employee who is committed to quality service and consistent and exceptional care for visitors to Pinedale.
