Last year at this time the antelope northern migration was in full swing. This year the late snow, mud, muck and late vegetation greenup has caused the animals to stay further south a little longer. As the snow melts and things dry out and firm up more, we expect the antelope migration to start within the next couple of weeks. For those who would like to watch, there is a live webcam located on the Trappers Point wildlife overpass on US 191 between Pinedale and Daniel. The animals could start moving north at any time.
