Advance Care planning

Who will make medical decisions for you if you no longer can? You can make your health care choices known with Advance Care Planning. The Sublette County Rural Health Care District will have two sessions where they will provide information about advanced directives.

Saturday, April 22, during the Spring Far at the Sublette County Fairgrounds in Big Piney from 10AM to 3PM.

Another session will be held on Wednesday, April 26th at the Pinedale Aquatic Center from 8AM to noon.
