PINEDALE, WYOMING –Sunday, July 29, 2018, 7:39PM) Search operations have been suspended for the day in the search for missing 13 year old Garrett Hunter of Draper Utah. Tip Top Search and Rescue, Teton County Search and Rescue, Bureau of Land Management, US Forest Service, and WYK9 out of Jackson searched the Wind River Range for the missing boy throughout today. Over 30 self-deployed family and friends of the Hunters also arrived and have been searching.
Unfortunately as of 7pm tonight there have been no results in finding Garrett. Garrett is equipped with a sleeping bag, some food and a water filter. Search efforts will resume tomorrow morning at 0700 and expand from the efforts today. We are receiving numerous offers for help and resources in this effort. At this time we have plenty of resources available and our disposal and will be used. Our focus is and will continue to be the safe return of Garrett to his family.
