Request for Bid for Pinedale Bike Path Sweeping

The Sublette County Recreation Board is seeking bids for maintenance of county bike pathways in the Pinedale are. The Boards objective is to maintain safe and clean conditions from May to October on approximately 15 miles of pathways.
Scope and specifications:
Bids will be accepted on or before February 11, 2019 by email. Please email bids to betty.cheeney@gmail.com
Mechanically sweep all designated pathways of gravel, sand and other debris by May 1st. Thereafter, the pathways are to be maintained by sweeping or other means to a reasonably clean condition as instructed by the Sublette County Recreation Board until October 1st. The bid shall be submitted in the form of hourly rate for service. Please include a description of equipment to be used.

The Sublette County Recreation Board reserves the right to reject any or all bids without further obligation and to accept any bid deemed in the best interest of the Sublette County Recreation Board. The Sublette County Recreation Board does not bind itself in any way to accept the low bid. Submittal of bid does not guarantee contract for services.
