Clarification for Businesses

Remember!! -Stay calm and don’t panic, we are focused on "flattening the curve"! -When possible keep a 6 foot or greater space distance between people -If you are sick with any illness please stay home!! -Businesses that accommodate less than 10 people who are not in the closure list below are not under the specific order and are allowed to remain open. (Businesses who accommodate more than 10 persons at once should consider if it’s responsible to remain open)
Does my business fall under this order? -Restaurants providing dine in. HOWEVER, they still may provide take out and are recommend to do curb side or drive through services. Absolutely NO dine in options. -Schools K-12 and colleges -Coffee houses -Bars -Theatres, concert halls -Gymnasiums -Indoor/outdoor venue’s where groups of people congregate -Churches -Daycare/child centers (home and commercial) However does not apply to children of essential personnel. What businesses are not under this order? -Grocery stores -Pharmacy’s -Convenience stores/gas stations -Medical facilities -Hotels
Other considerations: Employees who handle money CANNOT directly handle food. It is the responsibility of management of each establishment to daily ensure any employee who reports to work DO NOT have with any symptoms or fever. This is intended to help clarify and is in no way a comprehensive list. You cannot clean enough, clean between shifts and multiple times a day.
