The 2021 Pedigree Stage Stop Sled Dog Race will take place this year, but things will look a little bit different due to health restrictions for the COVID-19 flu pandemic. The 2021 Pedigree Stage Stop Sled Dog Race is limited to a maximum of 25 teams. Teams are competing for a $165,000 purse. All stages are 30 to 35 miles. Due to public health gathering size restrictions, there wont be any public Meet the Musher banquet events at the Stage Stops the evening before each race. Unfortunately, spectators are also being discouraged from coming out to the staging areas and watching at the race starting lines.
