Geodesic Fire Pit

The Daniel Community Center congratulations Marilyn Johansen as the winner of their Centennial fire pit raffle.

The geodesic fire pit was done by Flugel welding and metal art. It features brands that were in use in 1920 in Daniel, Wyoming. It also includes some other designs that represent parts of the Daniel community and heritage. It was called the Centennial fire pit because 2020 is the 100th anniversary of the Daniel Schoolhouse, which is now the community center. Watch for Daniel centennial events in 2021 that will be part of the Sublette County centennial celebrations because Daniel’s were cancelled in 2020 due to the year-long COVID-19 health and gathering restrictions.

The Daniel Community Center thanks everyone who sold and purchased tickets in support of the community center.
