SAFV Task Force Spring Luncheon April 26

SAFV Task Force will host their annual Spring Luncheon on Tuesday, April 26th in the Lovatt Room of the Pinedale Library from 11:45AM to 1:15PM. The topic is "The Past, Present, and Future of SAFV." They will be introducing the Thoughtful Concerned Citizens Committee ‘ Calling on Men and Boys to Help End Violence. Lunch catered by Heart & Soul Café, cost is $20. The SAFV Task Force provides refuge, assistance and support to individuals affected by domestic violence, sexual assault, and stalking for over 20 years. As SAFV transitions into a new phase, they invite the community to join them for talks about where SAFV started, how they are changing, and where they are headed. The will introduce a new SAFV initiative: Thoughtful Concerned Citizens Committee (TCCC). TCCC seeks to engage men and boys in the primary prevention of violence through mentorships, programming and community outreach. They believe strong partnerships build strong communities.
