Construction

Construction activities are scheduled to ramp up beginning May 5, 2025, with underground water tie-ins starting at the intersection of Washington Street and South Shanley Avenue. The contractor will begin excavation work in this area on May 5, with a planned water service shutdown on May 6, 2025.

Town staff will directly notify any homeowners affected by the shutdown. At this time, only a small number of residences are expected to be impacted.

In addition, the contractor will begin asphalt removal on Shanley Avenue, Quartz Avenue, and Jade Street during the week of May 5, 2025. Every effort will be made to minimize road closures and disruptions to local traffic.
