| Title: | Estate Caretaker (Off-Grid, Solar Powered) |
| Description: | Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and responsible individual to serve as the caretaker for an 80-acre, off-grid property near Alpine, Wyoming. The ideal candidate will live on-site and manage various maintenance tasks while ensuring the property remains secure and well-maintained.
Key Responsibilities:
• Security: Politely address occasional trespassers.
• Fencing: Maintain and repair the fencing around the property.
• Livestock Management: Keep cows off the property during summer and fall months.
• Water Systems: Check and maintain water systems, some of which are winterized for six months a year.
• Grounds Maintenance: Mow around wells, valves, and other critical areas.
• Vegetation Control: Trim willows along the fencing.
• Winter Access: Utilize a snowmobile for property access during winter months.
• Ditch Maintenance: Perform ditch maintenance as needed.
Requirements:
• Ability to lift at least 50 pounds.
• Must live on-site in the provided tiny house.
• Experience with property maintenance and repair.
• Ability to operate a snowmobile.
• Strong problem-solving skills and self-motivation.
Housing: A tiny house is provided on the property that is OFF-GRID SOLAR POWERED.
