Marbleton Senior Housing New Senior Housing

The Big Piney-Marbleton Joint Powers Board invites the public to the Grand Opening and Ribbon Cutting ceremony for the Marbleton senior housing on Monday, October 28th from 11AM to 7PM. The festivities begin at 11AM. The ribbon cutting will be at 11:30AM.

Four model apartments will be showcased for the Open House, two one-bedroom units and two two-bedroom units. The senior housing is available to residents who are 60 years of age and older. Housing is maintenance free and includes paid sewer and water, trash pickup. Units have washer/dryer, microwave, garbage disposal, dishwasher, electric range, refrigerator with ice maker, choice of two colors of cabinetry (white or cherry), remote control ceiling fan, single car garage with electric garage door opener. Renting begins November 1st.

Drinks and hot dogs will be served on the patio. There will be flyers available with rental information and applications. Everyone welcome and invited to come and tour the new Marbleton senior housing facility.
