Health Fair

Sublette County Public Health is hosting our community health fair on Friday, September 19th from 12Noon - 6PM at Rendezvous Pointe, hosted by Sublette County Public Health. Join us for wellness and prevention activities provided by many community partners. Community members and businesses will be coming together to share their knowledge and skills in an effort to better your quality of life through better health and awareness. Find out about local resources, learn about health topics, talk with vendors, and use this last-minute event to donate to Race to Raise.
