Stolen excavator found Stock photo courtesy SCSO

The Sublette County Sheriff’s Office reported on their Facebook page on Wednesday, February 4th, that the excavator stolen in November (2025) has been located. "Thank you to the public for sharing!!" The incident is still under investigation. More details will be released once they have further information that can be made public. "We just wanted to start with it’s recovered," responded Public Information Officer Detention Lieutenant Travis Bingham.
